1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Danyang Freedom Optical Glasses Co., Ltd ("Freedom Optical," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or purchase our products.

2. B2B Commercial Relationship

Our services are exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order, you represent that:

• ▸ You are a registered business entity authorized to purchase optical products for commercial purposes
• ▸ You possess all necessary licenses and certifications required in your jurisdiction
• ▸ You will comply with all applicable optical industry regulations and standards

3. Product Specifications & Quality

We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice. Material authenticity (e.g., Mitsui MR™ series) is guaranteed through supplier certification documentation available upon request.

4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

• ▸ Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• ▸ Adjust pricing based on material costs, currency fluctuations, or minimum order quantities
• ▸ Require additional verification for first-time or large-volume orders

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are Net 30 for approved accounts; new clients require prepayment or letter of credit.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers upon shipment (FOB origin). International shipments are subject to:

Manufacturing defects are covered under our 90-day limited warranty. Returns require:

• ▸ Return Authorization (RA) number obtained within 14 days of receipt
• ▸ Products in original, unused condition with all documentation
• ▸ Photographic evidence of defect if applicable

Custom-processed lenses (digital surfacing, prescription work) are non-returnable unless proven manufacturing error exists.

All brand names (ZENICORE™, VELOXY™, OPTIBOND™, VORTEQ™, VITROLUX™), technical documentation, and design algorithms are proprietary to Freedom Optical. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or resale under different branding is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jiangsu Province or courts of competent jurisdiction in Danyang, China.
