What is the maximum ADD power available?
We process custom ADD powers up to +3.50D with high precision using our D-Free freeform platform. Standard ADD range begins at +0.75D, with increments of 0.25D throughout. For extreme ADD values (+3.00D and above), we recommend MR-8 (1.60) or higher index materials to maintain optimal lens thickness.
Do you supply semi-finished progressive blanks for local Rx labs?
Yes. We supply premium semi-finished progressive blanks optimized for all major freeform generators, including Optotech 4K/8K and Schneider CCP systems. Our OPTIBOND™ blanks feature industry-leading Spin Coating technology and are manufactured from genuine Mitsui MR™ series monomers, ensuring consistent base curve geometry and coating adhesion across your entire production run.
How do you handle extreme customized parameters like Pantoscopic Tilt?
Our system processes exact POW (Position of Wear) measurements for truly personalized visual corridors. This includes Pantoscopic Tilt, Face Form Angle (FFA), and Back Vertex Distance (BVD). These parameters are fed directly into our IOT Spain digital design algorithms, which recalculate the entire lens geometry to compensate for the patient's unique frame-face relationship -- delivering clinically superior outcomes versus standard progressive designs.
